Carving fork.
The prongs of our carving fork have 4 edges instead of being round, for easier removal of the meat.

Remarks :
- Blades made of French stainless steel with high carbon content to guarantee durability, elasticity and solidity of the cutting edge and the blade. Sanded, polished and sharpened by hand.
- Handle made of soft but perfectly smooth synthetic ABS material, which is the norm for any professional kitchen.
- Smooth aluminium rivets.
