Presentation Box made of yew burr.
This model of polish box is made in a very limited series. It is assembled, sanded, veneered and varnished by hand. The process of applying yew burr veneer is very meticulous and the cabinetmaker needs patience and concentration. 7 coats of varnish are necessary to give reflections of light and colour as well as depth to this precious wood and make it unique.
The interiour of the box is made of solid varnished sycomore maple, the light colour of which offers a contrast to the designs of the burl and highlights the products inside.

- Each tray bottom is covered with felt.
